Just so you know exactly what will happen if you take the trouble to submit the free quote form above:
- We will get your enquiry, and look your house up online.
- If your description is clear, and the online photos are good, we will email you a firm quote within 24 hours. If the online photos are not good we will request some photos. (you can attach images to the enquiry form if you like). In some instances we may organise to visit.
- Once we have all the info we need, we will issue you a quote by email.
- You can accept the quote online, or if you have any questions, you can also call us.
- If you do not accept the quote, you will get two automated email reminders. If you have decided not to accept, you can just ignore these, and you will not hear from EnviroClean again.
- When you accept the quote, we will ask what days you prefer, and you will get a booking confirmation via email.
- The booking confirmation, will contain everything you need to know about the schedule, how the service will be provided, and what you need to do beforehand.
- You will receive a booking reminder the day before.
- On the day, you will get an ETA notification when the cleaning technician is on the way.
- We will do the quoted work and also do any other little bits that stand out, provided they do not involve much more time. We frequently clean things such as furniture, that are not part of the quote, as long as time and COGS permit.
- Before we leave, we will check you are happy with the work and take payment if you are paying by card, and you will get a receipt.
- After leaving, if you haven't already paid we will send an invoice . When funds are received, we will let you know.
I try to make dealing with EnviroClean Sydney as low touch, hassle free, and as simple as possible, which I find busy people like.
